Mojdeh Mahdavi

Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, 1985, she holds a bachelor degree in architecture, graduated in 2008 and a master degree in landscape architecture, graduated in 2011 both from university of Tehran, Iran. She is also graduated from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'architecture de Paris LaVillete, ENSAPLV, from a post-master program (DSA) called urban project which she has finished in July 2016.

as a professional she has worked in Iran, Kazakhstan, and France. during her career she has always been occupied by the question of urban regeneration, gentrification and public participation about which she has written her two theses. Through her collaboration with TUIC as a senior researcher in urban issues, she is evaluating the efficiency of new technologies to enhance the public participation and engender a regeneration process without gentrification.
